Your Assurance of Quality
The success
of an information system depends on its availability; customers
expect their systems to be available when they are needed. MST
recognizes the importance of availability and support to its
customers and integrates the following functions into all
products and services delivered by MST.

Technical Support - Customers have telephone
access to technical specialists for technical questions
relating to systems in the design, development or
installation phases.

Warranties - MST provides warranties on all
software and hardware delivered by MST as part of a
system

Maintenance - MST provides maintenance on all
systems it delivers. Maintenance may be provided by an MST
employee on individual customer sites or by a business
partner of MST for systems which are national in
scope.

Operational Support - MST will manage customer
networks, either on-site or remotely using remote diagnostic
and capabilities, perform capacity planning and management,
provide help-desks for end users and assist, when possible,
in catastrophic times.
