Analyze, test, troubleshoot & evaluate network systems; Perform network maintenance to ensure operations with minimal interruption; Identify causes of networking problems; Provide support related to networking issues; Analyze network data; Install new hardware/software systems & components; Install/test computer software; Train users in procedures related to network applications software & related systems; Test repaired items to ensure proper operation; Create/revise technical documentation & user instructions/manuals.
